Last Minute Holiday Gift Guide - ALL UNDER $100
Every year I'm always scrambling at the last minute to find meaningful gifts for friends and family. This year, I've made it easy on myself by looking at what I loved this year, and using those things to inspire my gift giving. Here are some ideas for simple gifts that I hope help to make your last minute holiday shopping easier.
1. THE ARTIST
Many of my friends are creative people. Whether it's acting, filmmaking, painting, blogging, or photography, I have my fair share of creative people to shop for. I love reading and so do many of my friends. Once I read "Steal Like an Artist," I knew it would be a perfect and easy-to-find gift for everyone.
2. THE TECH JUNKIE
For my birthday this year, I received the Amazon Echo.. and I am OBSESSED. Every morning Alexa wakes me up, tells me the news, reminds me of my to-do list, plays my morning playlist and tells me when I need to go. The echo and the dot are great gifts for people who love tech and convenience- and I can't name anyone that doesn't.
3. THE HEALTH NUT
Nowadays, everyone has a particular diet. I am no exception to this. I love reading paleo cookbooks and finding new recipes in general. My favorite cookbook I found this year was "The Primal Kitchen." It includes so many low carb, healthy paleo recipes. However, many of my friends are Vegan and I enjoy vegan food as well, so I would recommend the "Frugal Vegan" cookbook.
4. THE BEAUTY QUEEN
2017 was the year of the face masks for beauty gurus. Everywhere I turned there was a new charcoal, clay, tea, or rose mask. I found my favorite one recently - the Boscia Luminizing Pink Charcoal Mask. It goes on the face as a thick layer and peels off! My skin looked and felt amazing afterward. It's very similar to the black charcoal mask from the same line, but the pink makes the whole process so much more fun. Also, it has NO parabens, sulfates, phthalates, preservatives, artificial fragrance, or ethanol alcohol so it's natural and really good for your skin. I'm always really careful with face products.
5. THE COFFEE LOVER
I think these are really cool. They're reusable glass coffee to-go cups. I am not a big fan of the metal ones ever since I burned myself (another story for another day) so I love the idea of the glass mug. You also cant go wrong with Starbucks ceramic to-go mugs.
6. THE HYPEBEAST
Everything is already sold out for this person. Clout glasses..goggles? I don't even know. Good luck!
6. THE ENTERTAINER
For someone who loves singing and wants to start recording covers, someone who wants to start youtube videos, or someone who simply likes hearing themselves speak, here are some great starter microphones. I received a mic last holiday season and it's been a hugeee help in making content.
7. THE CANDLE ENTHUSIAST
The best candle to ever exist. The Volcano candle. I haven't met anyone that didn't like this scent..Seriously.
8. THE PERSON WHO LOVES HOME DECOR
Succulents!!!!!!!!! These ones are made in recycled glass bottles from alcoholic drinks. Sounds weird, but these make epic decorations.
9. THE PLANNER
This is the planner I used this year. I love writing things out and I know there are still some people in the world that use an agenda. This is for those people.
10. THE TRAVELER
I always have a camera when I'm traveling. If you know someone who should be documenting their travels, here is a GoPro equivalent.
Also, good backpacks are essential for traveling. It's been really hard finding one that's practical and at least kind of cute. Here is the one I use when I'm traveling now!
I hope this helped you figure out what to get your friends and family, or at least inspired your holiday hunt!
